Very soon, Cancun will home one of the largest underwater museums in the world. But what exactly does that mean? In short, the project has already begun off the waters of the adjacent “Isla Mujeres” national park in Cancun, Mexico to submerge 400 sculptures commissioned by a world-famous artist from the United Kingdom. The artist is Jason de Caires Taylor; and hopefully, his work will only contribute more to the reefs that were ravaged in 2005 by hurricane Wilma. Although, marine biologist have confirmed that nearly 90% of the local reefs have recuperated.
